Spin-Lunch used the Technology of Kinetic Space Lunching System. It can be broadly categories into 4 parts. Viz. Vacuum Chamber, Hypersonic Tether, Exit Tunnel, Release.

Vacuum Chamber

The Vacuum Chamber is a steel cylinder measuring ~300ft in diameter. The low pressure environment allow the Tether to spin at nearly 5000mph with minimal aerodynamic heating & drag.

Hypersonic Tether

It is made up of high strength Carbon Fibre, the Tether is spun up to lunch speed by a central electric drive. The lunch vehicle which carries the Satellite through the atmosphere and into orbit is attached to the end of the Tether.

Exit Tunnel

Ultra high speed airlock, that faster than the blink of eyes, prevent the vacuum chamber from re-pressurisation after the lunch vehicle is released.

Release

Once Lunch speed is reached, an automatic sequence release the lunch vehicle through the exit Tunnel with high precision.
